Are nude and skintone pantyhose fashionable?

I read an interesting article on racked.com about nude pantyhose! Apparently the first lady of France, Carla Bruni-Sarkozy wears them as well as other well known celebrities such as Beyonce, Claudia Schiffer, and Sarah Jessica Parker. I think nude pantyhose are a great alternate for people who can't stand the look from looking at the photo accompanying the article, you really can't tell. A pair of nude/skin tone pantyhose will set you back $30 from Wolford, I'm sure they can be had for less money.
